Yesterday I decided to make some chocolate banana bread. The last years I've always tried to make banana bread but it somehow didn't work it. This time it was different.
I swear, this is the best banana bread I've ever made and the fact that it's super chocolatey makes it even better.
Since I'm trying the "30-Days-No-Sugar-Challenge" at the moment I exchanged the not-too-healthy ingredients through healthier ones:
Coconut sugar instead of normal instant sugar and cocoa nibs instead of chopped dark chocolate. As a flour I used spelt flour and as a plant oil sunflower oil. I hope you'll enjoy this chocolate banana bread just as much as me and my family did!
(Bake at 180 degree for 40 to 60 minutes and serve it the following day with berries and peanut butter.)
